Kate Falchi is a versatile, resourceful, and tenacious innovator who leverages expertise to develop brand identity through image development, creative direction, product design and creative strategy.
She is the a designer and the co-Founder of LOVARD, a direct to consumer lifestyle brand for women. Before creating Lovard, Kate developed her career as a seasoned accessory designer and creative director who has been in the business for over a decade. She has designed over 1500 patterns and is a board member of both the Accessory Council of America(AC) and the ACE Young Mentorship Committee (AIC).
She had her first career launch with her celebrated Graffiti Collection at Bergdorf Goodman during their historic Fashion’s Night Out. She went on to design collections for Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Target, Macys, and Home Shopping Network where she also sold accessories as an on-air guest.
Kate's work has been featured in WWD, W, InStyle, Magazine, Vogue, TeenVogue, the New York Times, Marie Claire, Who Wore what, and on countless blogs. Her designs have been worn by a celebrity clientele that includes Blake Lively, Sarah
Jessica Parker, Jessica Simpson, Rihanna, Lake Bell, Courtney Kardashian, and Patricia Fields.
Kate grew up in New York City's West Village and is the daughter of acclaimed accessories designers Carlos Falchi and Missy Falchi. She lives in Austin, Texas with her husband Jeff Lincoln and their son Hugh and rescue dog Homer.
